Group coaching
The program is designed to create a clear structure and plan that includes goals, measurable outcomes, and regular check-ins. It fosters a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect among group members.
Rising from desperation to empowerment
Even the most dedicated and hardworking individuals are subject to losing motivation due to several reasons, such as lack of career vision, lack of flexibility, poor leadership, and having no development opportunities. Group life coaching is a great way to provide motivation and accountability to individuals who are looking to make positive changes in their careers and lives. This program is tailored to the specific needs and goals of individuals to help them move from a state of desperation to a place of empowerment and achievement.
Is group coaching or individual coaching better for you?
Both group coaching and individual coaching can be effective, but your choice as an individual must depend more on your end goal from the coaching program.
Consider group coaching if:
You have a limited budget since group coaching sessions cost relatively less than 1:1 coaching
You are looking for support from others who are going through similar experiences.
You feel comfortable enough to get feedback in front of a group of members
You are willing to improve yourself on a certain level since group coaching sessions include one topic at a time only.
Here’s why companies should consider group life coaching in the workplace

How will this benefit you as an employer?

Upcoming sessions! Hey ladies!
This group coaching targets ladies. With women’s rising responsibilities in life, work, and family, they might miss the opportunity to improve their lives and find a new purpose. That inspired Shagash to support and motivate these ladies to “reinvent’ themselves by setting a plan and restarting.
